Interviewee     :    Excuse me Mrs, may I come in?

Interviewer 1   :    Yes, please come in and have a seat.

Interviewee     :    Thank you Mrs.

Interviewer 1   :    So, your name is Imas Devi Riatna, right?

Interviewee     :    Yes, that’s right Mrs.

Interviewer 1   :    Oke, Imas I’m the head of HRD of this company. My Name is Ivana and

                             she is assistant of HRD of this company.

Interviewer 2   :    Imas, My name is Ayu.

Interviewee     :    Nice to meet both of you Mrs.

Interviewer 2   :    Are you ready for the job interview in this morning?

Interviewee     :    Yes, I’am ready Mrs.

Interviewer 2   :    How do you know about job vacancy in this company? What’s make you

                             Interested to apply as the finance manager in this company?

Interviewee     :    I read an advertisement on newspaper the post, Sunday edition. Iam

                             interested toApply as the finance manager, because I think that I’am

                             capable to be in thatposition. Besides, I’am graduated from Economic

                             Faculty with good GPA 3.90.

Interviewer 1   :    Imas, do you have any job experience at the same position?

Interviewee     :    Yes, I have Mrs.

Interviewer 1   :    Why did you leave your latest job?

Interviewee     :    Because, My family and I move from my previous home to this city so

                             that’s wayI must resign from My current job.       

Interviewer 2   :    When were you must satisfied in your work?

Interviewee     :    Actually I always satisfied with My job, even every day I feel it. But when I

                             canreach My target continually everyday and every month in a year I

                             really satisfiedwith it.

Interviewer 2   :    Why we should hire you?

Interviewee     :    Because I have many sufficient and even more in this field. And

                             approximately,during the last ten years I struggling and work in this field

                             to meet the need ofMy family.

Interviewer 1   :    Can you speak other languages?

Interviewee     :    I can speak Chinese and Japanese.

Interviewer 1   :    Hmm.. that’s interesting. Where did you learn all the that languages?

Interviewee     :    I took a course to learn that languages.

Interviewer 1   :    Verry well. It was a great time to have an interview with you. I thought you

                             aregreat candidate to fill up the position. I will call you later after board of

                             directorsmakedecission. Thank you for coming imas.
